Use of the logos and images contained on this site are governed by the Brand Guidelines and shall be used in accordance with the Appendix II (Logo Rules and Variations) found in your Partner Contract.

K+S Potash Canada (KSPC) does not participate in third-party press releases or promotional materials that imply sponsorship or endorsement of any third party’s products, services, or activities.

The Partner must seek approval of logo usage for any media-related recognition. Such approval shall be given by KSPC within two (2) business days from receipt by KSPC of the element requiring approval.

KSPC reserves the right to require approval of any or all material if KSPC determines that is necessary.
