Four Deserving Organizations to Participate in K+S Potash Canada’s 2017 Holiday Click Campaign

Saskatoon, SK – K+S Potash Canada’s (KSPC) Holiday Click Campaign has returned for the 2017 holiday season. From December 11 – 22, 2017, KSPC will be hosting its fifth online, crowd-sourced holiday giving campaign.

The campaign will be live on the company’s website (www.ks-potashcanada.com) for twelve days. Each visitor to the page will have the opportunity to click on one of four organizations once a day, every day, with each click representing the allocation of $1 donated by KSPC to that organization. KSPC’s goal is to achieve enough participation to reach a maximum donation of $10,000 for each of the organizations involved.

“We are proud to continue this fun holiday tradition,” said Sydney Gossard, Communications Specialist at KSPC. “These are four very deserving organizations and we can’t wait to see how they rally the community to click for their cause.”

Not-for-profit and charitable organizations in Saskatchewan and British Columbia (where KSPC has its port facility) were invited to apply in early November. From there, KSPC shortlisted ten organizations from Saskatchewan and three from British Columbia and turned the shortlist over to employees for votes on who they thought should be the top four organizations included in the campaign.

“We had a great response,” said Gossard. “It was great to see our employees engaging in this program and casting their votes to determine the finalists.”

The participating 2017 organizations are:

British Columbia’s Children’s Hospital Foundation

Children’s Wish Foundation – Saskatchewan Chapter

Saskatoon Crisis Nursery

Special Olympics Saskatchewan
