Maintenance

Our Maintenance and Reliability Team facilitates collaboration and cooperation between trades, production, and maintenance. The result is a safer, more productive, and cost-efficient operation.

Mining

The Mining team is responsible for the extraction of Potash from the underground formation, and the delivery of Potash to the production plant for further processing. This includes activities in the areas of Geology, Drilling, Mine Planning, Operations, and Well Servicing.

Production

The Production Department is responsible for the manufacturing and shipping of finished potash ready for market. Four areas make up the Department including Utilities (responsible for cooling and air systems, heating, boilers, and onsite power generation), Evaporation (concentration of potash from the Mine), Wet Process (crystallizing potash, dredging operations, tailings management and drying operations) and Dry Process (responsible for granulation, screening, warehousing, loading operations and shipping).

In addition to our large operations group, we have a large team of other professionals supporting the organization’s success. These roles include Administration, IT, Communications, Accounting, and more.
