K+S Potash Canada’s Holiday Click Campaign Returns

Saskatoon, SK – K+S Potash Canada’s Holiday Click Campaign is returning for the 2016 holiday season. From December 12 – 23, 2016, KSPC will be hosting their fourth online, crowd-sourced holiday giving campaign.

The campaign will be live on the company’s website (www.ks-potashcanada.com) for twelve days this holiday season. Each visitor to the page will have the opportunity to click on one of four organizations once a day, every day, with each click representing the allocation of $1 donated by KSPC to that organization. The company’s goal is to achieve enough participation to reach a maximum donation of $10,000 for each of the organizations involved.

“The holiday season is a great time to give back, and this campaign provides a fun and feel-good way to do just that,” said Maeghan Dubois, Senior Communications Specialist at K+S Potash Canada. “We know these organizations are going to be able to do so much with the funds they receive from this campaign, so we encourage everyone to click once a day, every day!”

Not-for-profit and charitable organizations in Saskatchewan and British Columbia (where KSPC is currently building their port facility) were invited to apply in early November. From there, KSPC shortlisted ten organizations from Saskatchewan and three from British Columbia and turned the shortlist over to employees for votes on who they thought should be the top four organizations included in the campaign.

“We had a great response,” said Dubois. “Both in the number of applications we received and the voting response from employees. We’re looking forward to seeing that success carry forward into clicks during the campaign.”

The participating 2016 organizations are:

The Canadian Red Cross- Saskatchewan

Beads of Courage Saskatchewan

Hope’s Home

Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation
